Formed in 2017 and founded by Partners, Lany Tio and F.R. Chee, CT Real Estate provides a fresh, new and selective approach to the property market. They are driven; clients focussed and have the utmost integrity.

Lany Tio brings over 50 years of real estate experience to the partnership, providing development feasibility, cost management and off-the-plan sales knowledge to the directorship.

F.R. CHEE

Chee started off his career in the property industry in 2010 as an accountant with a property developer. Taking an interest in real estate, Chee decided to learn from the beginning and started off as an assistant property manager of an agency in Carlton. Being exposed to both property management and sales during his tenure at the agency, Chee combines his prior knowledge in management and financial acumen as a CPA to one day been given the opportunity to lead the agency. Now with CT Real Estate, Chee takes his knowledge in different areas of the real estate industry into leading the sales and marketing of Cowper Residences in Footscray. With deep knowledge of the real estate market in Melbourne CBD and city fringes, Chee has experiences in property management, leasing, sales and off-the-plan sales, which enhances his approach in achieving the best possible result for his clients.
NELSON WU
Senior Sales Executive
Nelson started his career in the Real Estate industry back in 2012. Beginning his career in Owners Corporation Management, Nelson then move on to property management and leasing before settling in his current role assisting both vendors and buyers in achieving the best possible result. Nelson is able to take a more holistic approach with his experiences in different areas of the property industry.

Senior Sales Executive
Prior to joining the real estate industry, Hew has vast experience as a consultant in auditing, risk management and investment banking. Hew has worked in several countries in Europe and Asia prior to migrating to Melbourne. Having work together as well as meeting people from different background and culture, Hew empathise and better understand the needs of his clients. Hew also has prior experiences in property management.
PAMELA BEECH
Receptionist
With over 50 years experience in secretarial and administration work, Pamela has joined CT Real Estate as a receptionist. Her background includes positions at BHP, Government House and Macmillans publishers. She brings to the field of real estate a wealth of experience in office administration and commerce.
